Having your say - Major Planning Proposals

As stated in Section 5 - Community Involvement in Planning Applications (pdf - 47kb) of the Council's adopted Statement of Community Involvement (SCI), we are encouraging pre-application discussions between the developer and the public, for major planning applications.

This page contains information, including contact details as provided by the developer. To comment on a 'pre-application proposal:

  • Please contact the developer, using the contact details they have provided on this page.
  • *** Please DO NOT contact the council. ***

Once an actual Planning Application has been made, information here will be removed and the application details and plans will be accessible from our Register of Planning Applications.
